How long does delivery take?+
Lagos delivery takes 1–2 business days. Other states take 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched with tracking details.
How do I know which size to order?+
Click the "Size Guide" link on any product page to see our full measurement chart from S to 4XL and UK 8–24. For our satin boubous and kaftans, One Size and Free Size fit most body types. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also choose "Made to Measure" and send us your exact measurements via WhatsApp.
Do you offer made to measure / custom sizing?+
Yes! Select "Made to Measure" as your size when ordering, then send us your bust, waist and hip measurements on WhatsApp after placing your order. Allow an extra 3–5 business days for custom sizing. No extra charge for standard measurements.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major debit/credit cards, bank transfer and USSD payments through Paystack — Nigeria's most trusted payment processor. Your payment information is fully encrypted and secure.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Made-to-measure and sale items cannot be exchanged. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference to initiate an exchange.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?+
We currently deliver to all states within Nigeria. International shipping to the UK, USA, Canada and other countries is available on request — contact us on WhatsApp for a quote before placing your order.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking information. You can also use the Order Tracking feature on our website — scroll to the footer and click "Track Order", then enter your order reference number.
